Mantas Budraitis, Researcher

Mantas has more than 3 years of professional experience in public policy research and evaluation at national and the EU level. As a researcher he specialises in evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency of various national public policies (first and foremost, innovation and R&D, cohesion/regional policies) and analysis of EU level mobility schemes or programmes. In addition, Mantas quite often undertakes the role of project leader‘s assisstant, responsible for organisational and managerial tasks, including preparation of proposals, offers, evaluation reports, contract management and invoicing.

  • Methods: desk research, analysis of the monitoring data, interviews and surveys, case studies.
