Lina Dumčiūtė, Associate Expert

Lina has six years cooperation experience with PPMI in the area of public policy analysis, evaluation and consultancy. Key areas of expertise: impact assessment, projects of public investment, technical support for public administration, education policy, EU agricultural policy. Before PPMI, Lina was employed in the Ministry of agriculture: participated in EU accession negotiations in the area of milk sector and also gained experience in the area of policy analysis of various agricultural sectors.

Education

  • Master degree in business administration and management at The International business school of Vilnius University (2007). Bachelor degree studies in business administration and management at Stockholm school of economics (1995-1998), bachelor degree in history at Faculty of history of Vilnius University (1994).
