The Institute’s team is composed of highly-qualified public management experts. Most of the team have studied or underwent internships abroad. A number of us are engaged in academic activities, lecturing in the Lithuanian universities and other higher education institutions.
Our employees have accumulated valuable knowledge in the analysis of public sector and the provision of practical recommendations. They worked in various Lithuanian and international expert teams and contributed to the implementation of important management reforms. We constantly improve the qualification of our team members, encourage analytical, creative and non-traditional view of public sector. We strive to be an organisation which is always on the learning curve – we constantly improve our services provided, delve into the newest research methods and are open to new knowledge and ideas.
